Geschichte von NTM folgende Aussage:<\/p><p><em>\u201cHerzschmerz, Entt\u00e4uschungen und Entmutigungen kennzeichneten den Anfang der New Tribes Mission. Doch Seine Gegenwart \u00fcberschattete jede Pr\u00fcfung, und durch Seine Kraft haben wir weiter nach vorne geschaut. Wir waren eine Gruppe junger Menschen mit nichts au\u00dfer Glauben an Gott. Wir bauten alle unsere Hoffnungen auf eine Tatsache: Gott wollte eine Welt erreichen und schaute nach Menschen aus, durch die Er diese Aufgabe tun k\u00f6nnte. Wir entschlossen uns dazu, solche Menschen zu sein, bef\u00e4higt allein durch die wunderwirkende Kraft des Heiligen Geistes.\u201c<\/em><\/p><p>Seit der Gr\u00fcndung von New Tribes Mission im Jahre 1942 blieb die Vision \u201eMenschen ohne Zugang zum Evangelium zu erreichen\u201c unver\u00e4ndert. Paul Fleming und f\u00fcnf weitere M\u00e4nner hatten keine Gelder oder Organisationen hinter sich, als sie es wagten, auf Gott zu vertrauen und NTM zu gr\u00fcnden. \u201eEs schien, als ob Gott uns in etwas hinein schob, deshalb waren wir uns sicher, dass kein Mensch NTM gr\u00fcndete. Der Herr gebrauchte uns, um NTM entstehen zu lassen\u201c, schrieb Paul. Auch heute m\u00f6chten wir bei ETHNOS360 weiterhin auf Gott vertrauen und Ihn durch diese Arbeit verherrlichen.<\/p><p>Wir danken Gott f\u00fcr das reiche Erbe, das uns von einer kleinen Gruppe verschiedene deutsche Mitarbeiter mit NTM. Da es in Deutschland jedoch keinen eigenen Arbeitszweig gab, schlossen sie sich bestehenden deutschen Organisationen an. Darunter waren auch Manfred und Lore H\u00fcncke, die von 1962 bis 1971 unter den Gaviao-Indianern im Amazonasgebiet Brasiliens gearbeitet haben. Sie mussten aus gesundheitlichen Gr\u00fcnden nach Deutschland zur\u00fcckkehren. Seitdem war es ihr Gebet, dass eine Arbeit von NTM in Deutschland aufgebaut w\u00fcrde.<br><br>\n\n<strong>Erste Schritte<\/strong><br>\nBeinahe 20 Jahre sp\u00e4ter wurden die Gebete von H\u00fcnckes und anderen Mitarbeitern erh\u00f6rt. Im Oktober 1990 erhielten sie einen Anruf von David Sawatzki. David und Susan Sawatzki planten, nach Asien auszureisen, mussten jedoch einige Zeit in Deutschland verbringen. Gemeinsam \u00fcberlegten die beiden Familien, wie die Arbeit von NTM in Deutschland starten k\u00f6nnte. Am 13. Juni 1992 wurde dazu ein Verein mit dem Namen SUMMIT gegr\u00fcndet. SUMMIT steht f\u00fcr \u201cSUMmer MIssion Teams\u201d. Der erste Kurzeinsatz fand im Juli\/August 1992 in den Senegal statt. Im Fr\u00fchjahr 1993 kamen Heiko und Barbara Hagemann nach ihrer NTM-Ausbildung, um in Deutschland mitzuarbeiten.\n\nEs ist unglaublich, wie Gott T\u00fcren \u00f6ffnete, in immer mehr Gemeinden und Jugendstunden \u00fcber die Arbeit von NTM zu berichten. Bald gab es zwei Kurzeins\u00e4tze pro Jahr. Die Arbeit wuchs enorm. Sawatzkis reisten 1994 aus und Hagemanns \u00fcbernahmen die Leitung der SUMMIT-Arbeit. Schon bald wurde die Arbeit f\u00fcr eine Familie zu viel. Das kleine B\u00fcro in Detmold platzte aus allen N\u00e4hten. Zu den Besuchen von Gemeinden und Jugendstunden und der Durchf\u00fchrung der Kurzeins\u00e4tze kamen weitere Aufgabenbereiche dazu. Videos und B\u00fccher wurden \u00fcbersetzt und ver\u00f6ffentlicht und seit 1995 wurden Nachrichten und Info-Beitr\u00e4ge in der Zeitschrift \u201eGEHET HIN\u201c gedruckt.<br><br>\n\n<strong>Umzug nach Strucksfeld, H\u00fcckeswagen<\/strong><br>\n\nNach einer langen Zeit des Suchens und Betens nach gr\u00f6\u00dferen R\u00e4umlichkeiten wurden wir auf ein ehemaliges Kinderheim in H\u00fcckeswagen hingewiesen. Im Fr\u00fchjahr 1999 durften wir umziehen und begannen dort die Arbeit mit drei Familien. Die R\u00e4umlichkeiten boten Platz f\u00fcr die Orientierungszeiten der Kurzeins\u00e4tze, Veranstaltungen, Schulungen u.v.m. Die ersten Mitarbeiter wurden im Januar 2002 bei ETHNOS360 angestellt und reisten noch im selben Jahr ins Ausland aus. Durch die Treue des Herrn durften wir erleben, wie nicht nur Mitarbeiter ins Ausland gingen, sondern auch Verst\u00e4rkung f\u00fcr die unterst\u00fctzenden Aufgaben in Deutschland hinzukam. Mittlerweile werden mehr als 100 Mitarbeiter im In- und Ausland von ETHNOS360-Deutschland betreut und \u00fcber 30 weitere Personen befinden sich in der Ausbildung oder bereiten sich auf eine Ausreise vor.
